GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) - Classic cars have been rolling into south Mississippi over the past week for the 20th annual Cruisin’ the Coast event. It kicks off Sunday night with a parade in Pascagoula.

Cruisin’ chairman Woody Bailey told The Mississippi Press (https://bit.ly/2cJwIjA ) that registrations are running about 370 ahead of last year, when a record 7,639 Cruisers registered.

Linda Hornsby, executive director of the Mississippi Hotel and Lodging association, told WLOX-TV (https://bit.ly/2cJwzwr) that there are still plenty of rooms available throughout the week of events.
