DEDHAM, Mass. (AP) - Police are searching for suspects in a late night shooting that left two people injured outside a historic Boston-area banquet hall.

Dedham police say two Boston men in their 20s were shot in the parking lot of Moseley’s on the Charles in Dedham, Massachusetts on Saturday at about 1:30 a.m.

The victims, who have not yet been identified, were treated at a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

The incident prompted a large police response, with Dedham, Boston, Westwood and state police arriving to help disperse the crowd at the ballroom and banquet facility.

Founded in 1905, Moseley’s bills itself as the oldest continuous-running ballroom in the country. In its heyday it hosted prominent musicians and comedians like Buddy Rich, The Platters, Lenny Clark and Pat Cooper.
