BURLINGTON, Iowa (AP) - Authorities say a man whose body was discovered inside a Burlington home was a homicide victim.

The Hawk Eye reports (https://bit.ly/2dX7bYQ ) that the body was found around 4:45 p.m. Friday inside a two-story home on South Eighth Street. The body has been identified as that of 32-year-old Julian Menke.

Police Lt. Jeff Klein says the case is being investigated as a homicide but won’t say how Menke was killed. An autopsy is being conducted.

No arrest has been reported.
