BEL AIR, Md. (AP) - Authorities aren’t releasing notes found in the Maryland home of a man who they say killed his wife before driving to the Washington suburbs, where he killed his 19-year-old son and himself.

The Baltimore Sun reports (https://bsun.md/2ejzK42) the Harford County Sheriff’s Office said Wednesday that it won’t discuss the contents of the notes left behind in the deaths of 57-year-old Nasir Siddique and his family, citing the ongoing investigation.

Deputies found Siddique’s wife, 48-year-old Zarqa Siddique, fatally shot Sept. 29 in the family’s Bel Air home. Prince George’s County police discovered Nasir Siddique and his son, Farhad, fatally shot in a vehicle parked near the University of Maryland campus, where Farhad attended school.

Police said Nasir Siddique killed his wife, then drove to College Park to shoot Farhad and himself.
