CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - A southern Wyoming game warden is seeking information about the poaching of a black bear found near the Medicine Bow-Routt National Forests.

Baggs Game Warden Kim Olson told The Casper Star-Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/2e1akW2 ) that elk hunters on Thursday found the body of the 2- or 3-year-old female bear in the Little Sandstone Drainage.

Olson says the bear was killed with a .30-caliber bullet around Oct. 10.
