LISBON, Portugal (AP) - Benfica routed Feirense 4-0 Sunday to open a three-point lead over FC Porto and Sporting Lisbon in the Portuguese league.

Luis Aurelio, Eduardo Salvio, Franco Cervi and Alex Grimaldo scored for Benfica at the Estadio da Luz, giving the defending champion its sixth win in seven rounds.

On Saturday, Sporting conceded three late goals, starting in the 74th minute, to relinquish a 3-0 lead in a 3-3 draw at Vitoria Guimaraes, while Porto cruised to a 4-0 win at Nacional with a first-half hat trick by Diogo Jota.
