RIVERTON, Wyo. (AP) - Passengers boarding planes at Riverton Regional Airport may no longer have to wait until they get to Denver for security screening.

Denver Air Connection passengers who only have carry-on luggage will no longer have to take a shuttle to the Denver International Airport entrance and go through security there.

The change will allow those passengers to go directly into the terminal and check in at their gate.

The Riverton Ranger reports (https://tinyurl.com/z6bxp6p ) passengers who have a checked bag will still have to claim it and go back through security at DIA.
