SHEFFIELD, Ala. (AP) - A deer stormed into a northwestern Alabama bar that was under renovations, causing one person to fall and break their nose.

WAAY-TV (https://bit.ly/2eAcv4B ) reports that officers and game wardens in downtown Sheffield worked for two hours Monday before they were able to get the trapped deer to leave through the front door of DP’s Classic Bar and Grill and run down the street.

Officials say the injured person was taken to the hospital and they believe the deer has returned to the woods.

There was not a lot of damage done to the interior of the building because it is under renovation.
