NEWFIELDS, N.H. (AP) - A former New Hampshire Boy Scout leader accused of sexually assaulting a scout 20 years ago has been working more recently as a bus driver for special needs students.

Sixty-nine-year-old Eugene Perrault, of Newfields, was arrested Monday.

Police said a man approached them recently saying he was assaulted by Perreault about 20 years ago. Police said the man was younger than 13 at the time.

He was released after posting bail. It wasn’t immediately known if he had a lawyer. He declined to comment on the charge.
