President Obama has once again joined a long list of celebrities who have taken part in comedian Jimmy Kimmel’s “Mean Tweets” segment.

One of “Jimmy Kimmel Live’s” most popular comedy bits requires famous faces to read insulting feedback written by Twitter users. Mr. Obama agreed to the self-deprecating comedy bit for a second time on Monday, which likened him to Canadian rock band “Nickelback.”

Some of the tweets — including one by Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump — read:

  • @nathan wrote: “Barack Obama is the Nickelback of presidents.”
  • @woodstockdave wrote: “Obama couldn’t negotiate getting a Whopper without pickles.”
  • @Maaaaartz wrote: “Barack Obama dances like how his jeans look.”
  • @DL_lcpl wrote: “Barack Obama … bro, do you even lift!?”
  • @realDonaldTrump wrote: “President Obama will go down as perhaps the worst president in the history of the United States.”

The president told the audience that his “mom jeans”-era has long been over, and that he “lifted” a ban on Cuban cigars.

Mr. Obama then told Mr. Trump, “Well, at least I will go down as a president.”

A previous “Mean Tweets” skit with the president in March 2015 has so far generated over 46 million views on YouTube.
