GOLD HILL, Ore. (AP) - Water in the southwest Oregon community of Gold Hill is now safe to drink without boiling.

Mayor Jan Fish said Wednesday that tests of 30 samples show the water is fine, allowing a boil order to be lifted.

The order went into effect Monday during the repair of a water line.
