NORTH HAVERHILL, N.H. (AP) - One of three men charged in the shooting death of a confidential informant in New Hampshire has withdrawn his request for a bail hearing.

The Caledonian Record (https://bit.ly/2eSSxzh ) reports 19-year-old Quade Kadle of Jefferson was arraigned Friday on charges including accomplice to first-degree murder. He is currently being held without bail.

It’s unclear why the bail hearing request was withdrawn. Kadle’s attorneys had argued for bail in a motion filed last month.

Kadle and two others were recently indicted in the killing of 22-year-old Robert Pierog, who was shot outside of his home in May.

Prosecutors say the three men plotted Pierog’s killing, buying rubber gloves and bandanas before arriving at Pierog’s Littleton apartment. They say the fact that Pierog was an informant was apparently well known in the area.
