LAS CRUCES, N.M. (AP) - The Las Cruces City Council has named an El Paso man as the new city manager.

The Las Cruces Sun-News reports (https://bit.ly/2cPYmQK ) that on Monday the council named Stuart Ed as the new manager of Las Cruces. Ed previously lived in Las Cruces from 1982 to 1986.
