AUSTIN, Texas (AP) - A Texas duplex home has finally been moved after it was stuck in the middle of a South Austin street.

The house stuck on a flatbed truck trailer in the middle of East Live Oak Street in southern Austin on Monday after it proved to be a bit too wide for the road. The roof and part of the home’s side became wedged between tree branches. The moving company spent hours attempting to cut through the foliage and free it, but couldn’t.

It was moved overnight late Wednesday night and early Thursday morning, even getting stuck briefly in Buda before continuing its 30-mile trip to a lot in Lockhart.
