NEW YORK (AP) - A man has been killed in a motorcycle crash in the Bronx.

It happened Sunday night on the Bruckner Expressway.

Police say the 48-year-old motorcyclist was traveling eastbound on the expressway when he hit another vehicle traveling in the same direction and lost control, striking the ground.

The man was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police have not released his name, pending notification of his family.

No other injuries were reported.



The investigation is ongoing.
