LAKEWOOD, Colo. (AP) - Authorities say a man was kidnapped in suburban Denver and held for five days until his family paid $200,000 in ransom.

Police on Wednesday announced the arrests of three men accused of kidnapping the 27-year-old from an adult store in Lakewood. A fourth suspect remains at large.

Court documents show the victim was shopping when masked gunmen tied him up. He was freed Saturday at a ranch more than 30 miles away.

Authorities say the man’s father delivered the ransom to his captors with the help of FBI agents.

Police are still investigating the motive. Court records show one suspect told investigators a family dispute over the horse industry led to plans for the kidnapping. He told investigators a group also tried to kidnap the victim’s brother a week earlier.
