PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) - Police have arrested two more teenagers in connection with an assault in South Kingstown that caused brain trauma in a 39-year-old man.

The South Kingstown Police Department said it has now arrested three people for the assault.

Rayne Henley, 18, of South Kingstown, and a 17-year-old boy have been charged with felony and misdemeanor counts of assault and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Another 17-year-old was arrested on the same charges on Aug. 26.

It’s not clear if Henley has a lawyer.

Police say the victim and another man were assaulted Aug. 12 after exchanging words with a group of young people walking along School Street after midnight. The victim remains hospitalized.

Police say a fourth juvenile suspect died in a car crash on Block Island on Aug. 22.
