WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (AP) - A Westchester County resident who murdered another man during a money dispute will spend 20 years to life in prison.

Acting District Attorney James A. McCarty says Joaquin (wah-KEEN’) Recinos Garcia of Yonkers was sentenced Thursday.

A jogger found the body of Luis Blanco beside Route 133 in Ossining in August 2015.

Prosecutors say a second man shot Blanco in the back of the head and Garcia stabbed him repeatedly.
