Police at Texas State University have opened an investigation after a now-viral video on Twitter showed a man screaming obscenities and destroying a pro-life display on campus Monday, Campus Reform reported Tuesday.

The video, posted by Texas State student Emma Brockway, showed an irate young man screaming at a white-haired man and frantically punching and kicking anti-abortion signs set up in the school’s free speech zone.

“Get the f—k out of here with this bulls—t, man!” the vandal yelled. “This is f—king bulls—t! Get this s—t out of here!”

Ms. Brockway, a self-described “progressive activist,” told The Tab, which first reported the incident, that the “anti-choice people” are on campus “constantly” and students are getting fed up.

“I was shocked, but I have to admit I admire him in some ways because I think he did what we were all wanting to do,” she said of the vandal. “I am a supporter of free speech, but again, I think everyone was secretly wanting to do what he did. People around me were shocked. After I saw the incident, I immediately began organizing a peaceful counter protest. It’s important that the pro-choice side has a presence at the Stallions as well.”

University police have launched “an active criminal mischief investigation regarding the incident,” Campus Reform reported.
