ARNOLD, Mo. (AP) - A driver has been charged with following a woman to the parking lot of a suburban St. Louis store and tackling her.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that 50-year-old Scott Heatherly was charged Tuesday with assault and two counts of property damage. Police are looking for him.

Arnold Police Lt. James Jones says the woman told police the man followed her in his pickup Friday on Interstate 55. She says that after she pulled into the parking lot, he accused her of throwing something out of her window that hit his truck.

A security camera shows the driver kicking the woman’s car and tackling her when she tried to snap a picture of him. He’s also seen nearly hitting her with his pickup as he sped off.
