CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - A Cheyenne man accused of shooting a 19-year-old man in the head and dumping his body in a southeast Wyoming reservoir has made his first court appearance.

Armando Raul Ramirez-Serna had his initial appearance at the Laramie County Circuit Court Wednesday.

He is facing charges in connection with the death of Justin Robinson.

Robinson’s body was found Nov. 26 in a reservoir east of Cheyenne.

According to court documents, the 21-year-old Ramirez-Serna shot Robinson over a failed marijuana deal.

Ramirez-Serna was arrested in Kimball, Nebraska, on Dec. 2 and extradited to Wyoming.

He is being held at the Laramie County Jail without bond.

Ramirez-Serna’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 20.

He does not yet have an attorney.
