Conservative actor Scott Baio signaled he’s boycotting Nordstrom after the luxury retailer announced it was dropping Ivanka Trump’s brand due to weak sales.

“Dear @Nordstrom NEVER AGAIN!” tweeted Mr. Baio, who supported President Trump’s candidacy and spoke at the Republican National Convention last year.

The actor attached a photograph of his Nordstrom rewards summary, which showed he spent $30,062.16 at the store last year.

Nordstrom announced the decision earlier this month that it would stop carrying Ivanka Trump’s clothing and accessories label due to poor performance. The decision comes amid political pressure from the left to boycott Trump brands, but the company insisted it wasn’t political.

Mr. Trump slammed Nordstrom in a tweet last week, writing, “My daughter Ivanka has been treated so unfairly by @Nordstrom. She is a great person — always pushing me to do the right thing! Terrible!”

Following Nordstrom’s announcement, TJX Companies, which owns TJ Maxx and Marshalls, said it had instructed employees not to promote the Ivanka Trump brand. Belk has also said it planned to pull Ivanka Trump products from its website, CNN reported.

The brand landing page has disappeared from the Neiman Marcus website, but the retailer won’t say whether it will continue selling Ivanka Trump products, CNN reported.
