MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” co-host Mika Brzezinski declared during Wednesday’s broadcast that President Trump’s counselor Kellyanne Conway will no longer be welcome on the show because she doesn’t find her credible.

“We know for a fact she tries to book herself on this show,” Ms. Brzezinski said, according to a clip posted by Mediaite. “I won’t do it, because I don’t believe in fake news or information that is not true.

“Every time I’ve ever seen her on television, something’s askew, off, or incorrect,” she said.

Co-host Joe Scarborough suggested that Mrs. Conway, who has appeared on “Morning Joe” numerous times, isn’t necessarily lying when she gives misinformation during interviews, but that she’s trying to prove her “relevance” after being kept “out of the loop” by the Trump administration.

“I don’t even think she’s saying things she knows to be untrue, she’s just saying things just to get in front of a TV set and prove her relevance because behind the scenes, she’s not in these meetings,” Mr. Scarborough said.

Ms. Brzezinski added, “She’s not credible anymore.”

Kellyanne Conway does not need to text our show, at least as long as I’m on it, because it’s not happening here,” she said.
