BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - A North Dakota man has pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in a fatal stabbing in Lame Deer in May 2016.

The Billings Gazette reports (https://bit.ly/2kMXWyB ) 28-year-old Tyson Jo Lonebear of Bismarck entered his plea Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Billings. The charge was reduced from second-degree murder.

Prosecutors said Lonebear stabbed Little in the chest with a 3-foot sword during an argument, puncturing his aorta.

Lonebear faces up to 15 years in prison when he is sentenced on June 15.
