WARWICK, R.I. (AP) - Police are seeking any information from the public as they look for three men who stole an 11-week-old puppy during an armed home invasion in Warwick.

WPRI-TV reports that a handgun, marijuana and cash were also taken during the break-in early Friday morning. Two men who lived in the house told police they were held at gunpoint during the incident.

Police on Saturday described the puppy as a female American Bulldog, gray and white with speckling on its belly.

The men got away in a light-color vehicle that may have been a Ford Taurus.

This story has been corrected to show puppy was 11 weeks old, not 11 months.
