OTTUMWA, Iowa (AP) - A February trial has been scheduled for the last of three people accused of kidnapping an Ottumwa woman.

Court records say Joel Herrarte Jr. has pleaded not guilty to kidnapping and other charges. His trial is set to begin Feb. 14.

Constance Griffiths pleaded guilty last week and was given 10 years in prison. Jacob Rauscher also has been sentenced to 10 years.

Authorities say the three kidnapped the woman in late February and held her captive for several days.
