HONOLULU (AP) - A trustee with the Office of Hawaiian Affairs is under investigation by the state’s ethics commission.

Hawaii News Now reports (https://bit.ly/2i2KZui) a complaint accuses trustee Peter Apo of using the office’s email, staff and facilities to conduct private business related to his consulting company.

Apo has denied the accusations.

He said the investigation is ongoing and declined to comment further.
