ST. LOUIS (AP) - A special memorial created for a Missouri couple who experienced miscarriages has been found smashed to pieces six months later.

KSDK-TV (https://on.ksdk.com/2tmYbQf ) reports that Nick Britt and his wife found the lawn ornament of two angels playing on a seesaw shattered in their front yard just outside St. Louis. The two angels are for two of the miscarriages, Sammy and Jimmy Lee.

The third child, Ava Marie, is honored by the couple with a rosebush.

The Britts are now raising a nine-month-old baby named Lavender.

Nick Britt says that he’s not angry with whoever is responsible, but hopes they know shame and guilt from the vandalism to learn not to do it again.
