PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Philadelphia police have released clearer surveillance video that shows two bicycle-riding suspect who are accused of shooting a toddler four times and wounding his father on the porch of a home.

The mayor’s office is offering a $20,000 reward and the local police union another $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of the suspects in the May 19 shooting.

Police say the men rode up and began firing, saying “This is our block.”

The toddler, who was almost 2, was hit with four of five shots fired, while his father was wounded in the knee. Both have since been released from the hospital.

The new video shows the suspects on their bikes in another location that same night.
