SEAFORD, Del. (AP) - A teen’s body has been recovered from the Nanticoke River by Delaware officials who say an investigation is now under way.

WBOC-TV of Salisbury, Maryland, reports (https://bit.ly/2r3x23G ) Seaford Fire Company divers recovered the 14-year-old’s body after he drowned Tuesday afternoon.

Delaware fish and wildlife natural resources police say the incident happened at the Seaford Boat Ramp.

The boy’s identity and information about what led to the drowning have not been released.
