PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Police are asking for help from the public in locating two males wanted in a north Philadelphia shooting that critically injured a 13-year-old youth.

A police spokeswoman said officers were called to a takeout restaurant in the Nicetown neighborhood just after 10:30 p.m. Friday.

They found the youth on the floor of the Gold Fish takeout with a gunshot wound to the head. He was taken to Temple University Hospital in “extremely critical” condition.

Chief Inspector Scott Small earlier told reporters that surveillance video showed the victim sitting at a table with about three friends when two males walked in.

Small said one male appeared to be “having a casual conversation” with the victim when he pulled a gun, put it to the youth’s head and pulled the trigger.
