PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) - Police in Providence are investigating an early morning shooting that left three men injured outside a nightclub.

Officers responded to a report of a shooting shortly before 2 a.m. Sunday and found 38-year-old Anthony Moquete, of Providence, in the parking lot of a gas station near Club Luv.

Police say 27-year-old James Goddard, of Providence, and a 25-year-old man who wasn’t identified were also injured. Both men were treated at area hospitals and released. Moquete was also hospitalized. It’s unclear what his current condition is.

WPRI-TV reports that the Providence Board of Licenses voted to close Club Luv pending a Wednesday hearing.

No arrests have been made in the shooting.
