CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - Wyoming game wardens say somebody shot and left two mule deer to waste.

A landowner near Casper recently found the bucks with their heads removed. The Wyoming Game and Fish Department said Wednesday it is seeking the public’s help investigating the case.

Game wardens say they are looking into whether the poaching is related to the nearby poaching of a buck and doe mule deer earlier this year. They say so far the incidents appear unrelated.

Game wardens also are investigating a mule deer buck illegally killed south of Cody.
