BRISTOL, N.H. (AP) - Police say charges are likely following reports of explosive blasts in the town of Bristol, New Hampshire.

Police received hundreds of 911 calls Saturday night reporting loud explosions. WMUR-TV reports that there’s no threat to safety, and that no one was hurt.

Police say they believe the explosions involved a substance used to create explosive targets. Tannerite is designed to explode when a bullet strikes.

Police say the adults involved have been identified and charges are likely.
