PATERSON, N.J. (AP) - Two men charged with killing a pizza deliveryman are facing more charges.

Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia Valdes says Andy DeJesus and Joel Nunez have been charged with robbery and weapons offenses stemming from a separate incident that occurred early on July 15, shortly before 27-year-old deliveryman Dervy Almonte-Moore was shot and killed.

DeJesus and a 16-year-old also have been charged with robbery and weapons offenses for an incident that occurred Monday night in which they allegedly approached a man getting out of his car in Passaic and brandished a gun. The man was able to flee unharmed.

The 16-year-old charged in the Monday incident also has been charged in the pizza deliveryman’s slaying.

DeJesus and Nunez are being held in the Passaic County Jail and face a detention hearing Friday.
