WEST SILOAM SPRINGS, Okla. (AP) - Authorities are investigating after a man’s body was found on a highway in eastern Oklahoma near the state’s border with Arkansas.

West Siloam Springs Police Chief Larry Barnett says the body was discovered early Thursday along Scenic 412. Barnett says the body had been run over repeatedly.
