BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A Bismarck man has pleaded not guilty to setting fires last fall at the state parole and probation office and at a city park building.

Forty-one-year-old Greg Leingang faces two felony arson charges, along with theft and burglary counts. The Bismarck Tribune reports he’s scheduled for trial in late April.

Police estimate damage from the two September fires at $57,000.
