FLINT, Mich. (AP) - A 10-year-old mid-Michigan boy has died following a possible drive-by shooting.
Jacues Allen was inside his Flint home late Monday night when he was wounded. Police said Wednesday that he later died at an area hospital.
Next-door neighbor Evelyn Cleaves tells WJRT-TV that the gunfire was like a “boom, boom, boom, boom.”
State police have said it’s believed the shooting was a drive-by. No arrests have been made and the shooting remains under investigation.
George Cleaves says Jacues lived in the home with two other siblings and their grandmother.
