YAZOO CITY, Miss. (AP) - Police say a second man wanted in connection to a fatal shooting in the Mississippi Delta has turned himself in.

WLBT-TV reports that Railand Hucks turned himself in to Yazoo City police late Sunday.

Yazoo City Police Chief Ron Sampson says investigators believe that Hucks and Kerril Ross were involved in the Friday shooting death of 19-year-old Tandre Weekly. He was found shot one time and laying in the street early Friday, and died before he arrived at a hospital.

Ross is charged with aggravated assault. No charges were immediately announced for Hucks, who police believe fired the shot that killed Weekly.

It’s unclear if either man has seen a judge or has a lawyer to speak for him.
