POLSON, Mont. (AP) - Four people have been arrested after a woman was found gravely injured on the Flathead Indian Reservation.

Lake County Undersheriff Ben Woods says a woman in her 20s was found unconscious near McDonald Lake in the Mission Mountains west of Charlo on Saturday morning.
