PHOENIX (AP) - A small airplane has crashed in north Phoenix but no serious injuries are reported.

The Federal Aviation Administration says another pilot reported a single-engine Cessna 172 upside down Tuesday morning.

The agency says the aircraft experienced engine failure northwest of the Phoenix Deer Valley Airport.

The Phoenix Fire Department says it arrived to find three people in stable condition and able to walk.
