HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) - Connecticut police are investigating two shootings in the same city.

Police say the two shootings occurred in the South End neighborhood of Hartford on Tuesday night.

The first was detected shortly before 11:30 p.m. on the ShotSpotter gunshot detection system. The victim was found shot in the leg and was taken to Hartford Hospital, where he is expected to survive. The second happened less than three hours later in the same area, sending a second male to the hospital.

No one has been arrested in connection to the shootings.
