STRATFORD, N.H. (AP) - New Hampshire’s Fish and Game Department is looking for information on whoever shot a moose and left it to rot in Stratford.

Conservation officers said the adult cow moose was shot and killed on Oct. 20 at left at Sugarloaf Pond. They said the individual first shot the moose in the chest, then shot it in the head at close range.
