RUTLAND, Vt. (AP) - A Vermont man who provided a gun used to accidentally kill another man will spend the next 10 to 20 years in prison.

Twenty-three-year-old Jonathan Testa was sentenced Thursday in Rutland after pleading no contest to a felony count of assault and robbery resulting in an injury and pleading guilty to a felony count of false personation. The Rutland Herald reports The charges stem from a series of events that resulted in 21-year-old William Edward Bailey fatally shooting 19-year-old Daniel Hein.

Bailey pleaded no contest to a manslaughter charge and was sentenced to two years in June.
