HADLEY, Mass. (AP) - Massachusetts authorities confiscated multiple electric stun weapons and knives at a flea market.

The Republican of Springfield reports Hadley Police received a report of a man selling stun guns and double-edged automatic-opening knives at the Olde Hadley Flea Market Sunday morning.

Officers say the man did not meet the state’s licensing requirements needed for firearm possession or use and will face criminal charges.

Stun guns and tasers were banned in state, except for law enforcement until the Massachusetts Supreme Court ruled in 2018 to give protection to civilians possessing those weapons under the Second Amendment.
