DENVER (AP) - Five people were injured in two separate shootings at parties in Denver early Saturday, police said.

Officers responded to a residence at 12:46 a.m. Saturday on the 3000 block of West Virginia Avenue and found three people with gunshot wounds, according to the Denver Police Department. A fourth person got themselves to a hospital, KUSA-TV reported.

No information was released about the people shot or their conditions. A police spokesperson said the shooting happened at a party. No one was in custody early Saturday, and no suspect information was available.

A man was shot in the hand in a separate incident at another party at about 5 a.m. Saturday on the 12100 block East 45th Avenue, police said. No one had been arrested and no suspect information was available in that incident, according to police.

Anyone with information about the incidents is asked to call police.
