West Virginia first lady to unveil state Christmas ornament

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - West Virginia First Lady Cathy Justice will unveil the state’s 2020 Christmas ornament on Thursday morning.

Designed by artists, last year’s ornament was in the shape of the state’s geography, with a star to mark Charleston, the capital. The annual tradition will take place virtually this year. It will be broadcast on Justice’s social media accounts.

The pieces will go on sale after the announcement.
