House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says President Trump is a “psychopathic nut.”

The Politico Playbook reported Friday the California Democrat shared her description of Mr. Trump during a House Democratic leadership call Thursday.

Mrs. Pelosi and Mr. Trump have had a rocky relationship.
