TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - A man who was found fatally shot outside a midtown Tucson apartment complex has been identified, police said Thursday.

They said the homicide victim was 30-year-old Angel Bueno and a search is on for a suspect.

Police said officers were dispatched to the scene Tuesday morning on a report of a shooting.

Upon arrival, police found a man lying on the sidewalk near an entrance of an apartment complex.

They said Bueno had obvious signs of gunshot trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Witnesses told police there had been an altercation in the parking lot of the apartment complex between Bueno and several other people before someone pulled out a gun and shot him.
