Hillary Clinton would go back to school, but in name only, under a plan devised by a controversial donor. While she was serving as secretary of state, Bernard Schwartz proposed renaming New York's Baruch College School of Public Affairs the "Hillary Rodham Clinton School of Public and International Affairs."
